The official opening ceremony of the IUCN Leaders Forum 2024 will feature high-level representation from the Swiss government, IUCN President Razan Al-Mubarak, Indigenous and private sector leadership. These by-invitation only sessions convened and chaired by IUCN leadership are a closed-door, intimate space for leaders to have action-oriented conversations on planetary solutions. They can also be co-convened between IUCN and partners and will focus on very specific issues and immideate necessary outcomes and outputs. 

Come and listen to inspiring young leaders and entrepreneurs as they pitch their innovative solutions to address some of the most complex nature and biodiversity challenges of our time. Following a short pitch presentation, each changemaker will respond to questions from a jury panel as well as the audience.

IUCN invites participants on site to experience an exciting interactive journey to discover IUCN’s innovative tools and products applicable to the private sector across a range of industries. You will engage with IUCN experts, use these tools and products first-hand, and learn about how they’re being applied by peers across different sectors. Participants will explore practical ways to collaborate with IUCN, and identify how the deployment of IUCN’s expertise can support the advancement of your business sustainability goals.
