Biography

Tracy is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Foundation for Australia’s Most Endangered Species (FAME) Ltd, a national Australian non-profit organisation dedicated to preventing the extinction of endangered Australian species through on-ground funding. Her passion for developing and implementing effective solutions, as well as fostering strong collaborative partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, has taken her on a fascinating journey.

With three decades of experience, Tracy’s skills in business management and philanthropy have had a significant impact, including raising over a million dollars for the critically endangered red handfish and securing funding for ten conservation projects in Australia each year. 

She holds an MBA and is a Fellow of both the Fundraising Institute of Australia and Educate Plus.
