NAL's work generates key insights into ecosystem health, potential discovery of novel genes for natural product sourcing as well as long term predictive modeling combining the latest in omics-led science, AI/LLM engineering tools and novel financial products. Prior to launching NewAtlantis, Courtney was CoFounder and CoCEO of SmartyPants Vitamins, the leading maker of premium gummy vitamins with a commitment to bring more health to more people every day. SmartyPants was acquired by Unilever in 2020 having also provided over 18 million nutrient grants to expectant mothers and children in need around the world. Previously, Courtney was the founding COO of Clear, the US airport-security fast pass.
