Assistant deputy minister for biodiversity, wildlife, and parks, Mr. Martin-Malus has been with the the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs since 2017. He has a solid background in wildlife management, forestry and public administration. He has worked in economically oriented ministries, as well as government service organizations. Mr. Martin-Malus is currently in charge of coordinating government efforts to develop national parks network, wildlife management strategies and orientations, and promote the conservation of wildlife species, habitats and biodiversity, including protected areas, ecological knowledge, threatened plant species, invasive species, and natural ecosystems.
He has several strategic cases on his plate, requiring a high level of agility in the political-administrative interface. This is when he's at his best!
