Biography

Born in the City of São Paulo, Rodrigo Pimentel Pinto Ravena holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), with a specialization in Civil Law from PUC-SP. He began his public life in 1981, when he was approved in a public tender for the City Council of São Paulo. In his trajectory within the Legislative, he was a member of the Advisory Board of the General Directorate (1999 to 2002), advisor to the First Secretariat of the Bureau (2004). From 2006 to 2012, he was Secretary of Infrastructure and, finally, from 2013 to 2015, he served as Administrative Secretary General. From November 2015 to December 2016, he served as Secretary for the Green and Environment of the City of São Paulo and, from February 2018 to May 1, 2023, as Chief of Staff of the same Green and Environment Secretary.
