Sylvie Goulard

Sylvie Goulard is a French Politician and civil servant. She has held various roles, notably, political adviser, MEP and minister of the armed forces.

In her previous role as deputy governor of the Banque de France (2018-2022), her portfolio included international issues, research, and climate-related financial stability, including the Network of Greening the Financial System (NGFS). She is a member of One Planet Lab (President Macron's multi stakeholder global initiative dealing with climate and biodiversity).
