Mark Salway has over twenty-five years’ experience as a Managing Director and Senior Leader. He is a Chartered Accountant and impact practitioner, with a wide range of skills across Strategy, Change, Finance, and working with the corporate sector.
Previously Director of Finance and Corporate Services at CARE International, and joint acting CEO, he then established the Social Investment and Finance Innovation work for Bayes Business School in London. He published a book, and research there.
Mark then became Managing Director for NonProfit Advisory services at Moore Kingston Smith, a global accountancy firm.
Mark has helped change and build many NGOs, social enterprises and social purpose businesses. He has worked extensively with the UN and donor governments, large as well as small NGOs, and many commercial organisations – Anglo American, Unilever, Barclays. He is an expert on Costing and Pricing and Business Models, and has been involved in Humanitarian reform.
