Eva Pagán Díaz

An MSc Electrical Engineer and Economist, Eva also completed postgraduate studies at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, IESE Business School, ESADE and Harvard Business School. With more than 25 years of experience in the electricity sector, she has developed her professional career at Redeia, starting in technical positions and holding management positions in the company for 20 years.

She is responsible for the sustainability strategy and its implementation at Redeia, reporting to the President of the company. Previously, she led the company's business units: she was Director General of the Transmission Division in Spain, leading the management of 45,000 km of electricity networks, and the development and operation of telecommunications and fiber optic networks in Spain. She was also Director General for the International Business Division, with responsibility in Brazil, Chile and Peru.

Throughout her career, she has been the Spanish member of several international Study Committees related to the electricity sector, as well as president and director of several subsidiaries of Redeia. She is a mentor in the Women and Engineering program of the Royal Academy of Engineering of Spain.
