Emilio Tejedor

Emilio Tejedor is Global Head of Environment at Iberdrola, one of the largest energy utilities in the world and leader in renewable energy. With more than 43,421 MW of renewable capacity installed globally, and presence in all continents, Iberdrola is at the forefront of the energy transition towards a low-emission economy. In his role, Emilio is responsible for ensuring environmental performance in all activities within the company and delivering corporate strategic plans related to biodiversity and circular economy.

Emilio has over 15 years of experience covering different areas of activity in innovation, knowledge management and environment. He also worked for three years as Innovation, Sustainability and Quality director at ScottishPower (UK arm of Iberdrola).
