Session Description
This session will see the launch of a new IUCN Flagship Report on “Agriculture and Conservation” which examines the interactions, synergies and tradeoffs between agriculture and conservation that sit at the heart of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. The report, the second in the “Living Nature in a Globalised World” series, explores the positive and negative relationships between agriculture and nature conservation, mobilises new modelling approaches to examine both imperatives within a range of realistic policies, and formulates actionable policy recommendations to re-align agriculture with conservation of biodiversity. Join us to reflect on the interplay between agriculture and conservation with the report’s co-authors and partners.
